NVM COLLECTS REFUND & RETURN POLICY

All sales are final.

Due to the nature of trading card products and live Rip & Ship services, NVM Collects does not offer refunds, returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order has been processed or opened on stream.

Refunds will not be issued for:

• Pull results
• Buyer remorse
• Change of mind
• Pack art variations
• Card value
• Market value fluctuations
• Grading outcomes
• Failure to attend the livestream
• Failure to watch the livestream
• Delayed viewing of the livestream recording

Once a Rip & Ship product has been opened live, the transaction is considered complete and non-refundable.

Refunds or replacements may only be considered if:

• The incorrect item was shipped; or
• An error occurred due solely to NVM Collects.

Customers must contact NVM Collects within 7 days of delivery regarding any shipping issue.

NVM Collects reserves the right to deny refund or replacement requests that do not comply with this policy.
